SENIOR SYSTEMS ENGINEER – MANAGED SERVICES

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our Managed Services team. In this role, you’ll lead infrastructure projects and provide advanced technical support across multiple client environments. You’ll work hands-on with servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and virtualization platforms while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring top-tier service delivery.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll balance technical expertise with client interaction, helping businesses across industries get the most out of their technology.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in systems engineering or MSP support
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Server+/Network+, CCNA, VMware, or Microsoft are a plus
  • Experience with RMM (Remote Monitoring & Management) tools and ticketing systems
  • Knowledge of backup, business continuity, and disaster recovery solutions
  • Familiarity with automation and scripting to improve efficiency
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
