Primary Responsibilities: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Health Millennium solutions across pharmacy, laboratory, and blood bank domains Translate clinical and operational requirements into system build and optimized workflows Support end-to-end lifecycle activities: requirements gathering, design, build, testing, validation, and post-go-live support Ensure solutions align with regulatory standards, patient safety protocols, and best practices Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, pharmacists, lab staff, and IT teams Pharmacy & Medication Management (PharmNet) Configure and maintain PharmNet medication workflows and system setup Manage: Formulary build and maintenance Order sentence design Medication charging and pharmacy rules Dose range checking and dosage calculations Configure medication-related components such as: Auto substitution and auto verification BCMA (Bar Code Medication Administration) eMAR workflows Units of measure, drug forms, routes, frequencies Implement and support: CKI mapping Order entry fields and medication catalog design Support Oncology Ordersets and PowerPlans, including build and optimization Optimize medication workflows within Oracle Millennium ensuring safety and efficiency Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: Experience with: Order sets, PowerPlans, Discern Alerts, CCL scripting Knowledge of: HL7 interfaces Regulatory compliance in clinical and lab environments Deep understanding of: Medication lifecycle and clinical workflows Medication configuration (formulary, dosing, eMAR, BCMA, etc.) Proven hands-on expertise in: PathNet and laboratory systems Blood Bank module Proven solid expertise in: Oracle Health Millennium (Cerner) PharmNet and medication workflows Proven solid analytical and troubleshooting skills Proven excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
