Primary Responsibilities: Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday or Infor CloudSuite modules Support data migration, integration, and reporting activities Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions Document technical specifications, configuration steps, SOPs and user guides Participate in troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues Stay updated on platform capabilities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 3+ years of relevant experience and basic understanding of ERP concepts and enterprise business processes Familiarity with Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, or Infor ION Exposure to programming languages such as SQL, Java, or Python Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills Proven excellent communication and collaboration abilities Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic ERP environment Willingness to work in US business hours Preferred Qualifications: Academic project or internship experience within Technology/ERP/Healthcare Understanding of cloud architecture and SaaS platforms Knowledge of APIs, web services, and integration tools At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
