Required Qualifications:

The Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) is looking for a Senior Systems Operations Engineer. The EFT group provides technology solutions and support for Risk, Audit, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Corporate Properties, and Stakeholder Relations business lines. In addition, EFT provides unique technology solutions and innovation for Wells Fargo Technology, Enterprise Shared Services, and Enterprise Data Management. To be successful in this strategic and technical role, you must be comfortable working with engineering teams, product teams and key business partners. You will be driving continuous process improvement and simplification, enabling the team to succeed in the highly dynamic world of technology infrastructure operations, while removing obstacles. You will drive our efforts to identify key initiatives and investment areas, support the short-term and future strategy in alignment with Wells Fargo’s mission and values, and track execution and operations across the organization. In this role you will also seek out opportunities to fine tune and redefine our processes, as well as demonstrate leadership and expertise in understanding the underlying user experience issues and technology of our systems. The role will evolve as business needs change but will start out covering below functional areas as key responsibilities.

In this role, you will:

• Lead or participate in managing all installed systems and infrastructure within the Systems Operations functional area
• Contribute in increasing system efficiencies and lowering the human intervention time on related tasks
• Review and analyze moderately complex operational support systems, application software, and system management tools to ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
• Work with vendors and other technical personnel for problem resolution
• Lead team to meet technical deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of technical process controls or standards
• Collaborate with vendors and other technical personnel to resolve technical issues and achieve highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
