This role ensures that training data, systems, digital platforms, and reporting is accurate. The position also provides technical expertise for system integrations and digital transformation initiatives within the L&D function. Your duties will include but are not limited to the following: Manage and maintain the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS) platform. Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues related to training platforms. Provide support to L&D staff and employees using learning platforms. Oversee user access, permissions, and role-based security settings. Troubleshoot technical problems with e-learning modules, assessments, or virtual classrooms. Maintain accurate training records aligned with statutory, operational, and corporate requirements. Develop high-quality dashboards and reports for training compliance, competency gaps, performance indicators. Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy, integrity, and reliability of L&D information. Generate and analyze reports on training participation, completion rates, and learner performance. Maintain accurate learner records and compliance documentation and use data to identify gaps in training and recommend improvements. Ensure all changes are well-documented, tested, and communicated to users. Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues or install new features. Facilitate training and onboarding for staff on the LMS, digital learning tools, and reporting systems. Develop user guides, manuals, and SOPs for L&D systems. Research emerging learning technologies and recommend enhancements. To be considered for the position, you must meet the following requirements: Full Grade 12 School Certificate Minimum Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Related Field . Professional certificates in BI tools, Microsoft Certifications, or database management are an added advantage. 3 years of experience in System Administration, L&D LMS management, or IT-related roles. Experience with systems such as Damstra and SAP Good computer skills with the ability to use integrate management systems, word processing, Presentation, and spreadsheet applications Ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
