As we continue to scale, we’re seeking a proactive and systems-savvy Senior HR Systems Specialist to lead and support the implementation and optimization of our HR technologies. You’ll play a key role in driving efficiency and integration across platforms, ensuring our people operations are as agile as our business.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We’re looking for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in HR system implementation, particularly within Microsoft ERP and Dynamics 365’s HR modules. If you also bring knowledge of Salesforce integrations or HR process automation, that’s a major plus. You’ll work closely with both the HR and IT teams to implement, maintain, and improve our digital HR ecosystem.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7+ years of experience in HRIS or HR Operations, with hands-on implementation experience in Microsoft ERP / Dynamics 365 HR modules.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data flows.
  • Experience in systems integration and user support.
  • Bonus: Working knowledge of Salesforce, especially as it applies to recruitment, employee engagement, or reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the implementation of Microsoft ERP / Dynamics 365 HR modules (e.g., employee records, performance management, onboarding, time and attendance).
  • Partner with stakeholders across HR, IT, and leadership to translate business needs into system solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing HR systems and integrations.
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security across platforms.
  • Provide training and support to internal users.
  • Identify opportunities to automate HR workflows or streamline manual processes.
  • Assist in potential Salesforce integration projects related to HR, recruitment, or people analytics.
