Our ideal candidate will have a passion for digital technology and will be able to understand systems and pick up systems administration skills quickly for new technology. We are looking for an experienced systems specialist to join our team. Our systems specialists work in small nimble teams working across a range of systems in each of our product portfolios. We currently have a vacancy in our Cloud Solutions Team. As a Senior Systems Specialist, you will: • Provide technical support across Dynamics 365 and M365 • Diagnose and resolve issues in Dynamics 365 (Dataverse, Sales, Service, Marketing) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages), including plug in/flow failures, solution import errors, and integration/API faults. • Use platform tooling (Power Platform Admin Centre, Dynamics 365 diagnostics, Plug in Trace Logs, Monitor, Application Insights, M365 admin centres, Message Centre, Service Health) to identify root causes and implement fixes. • Work closely with clients and product owners to triage tickets, communicate status and workarounds, and ensure timely resolution and knowledge capture. • Monitor performance and reliability with telemetry, capacity usage, API limits, and flow/run histories. • Ensure configuration baselines, documentation, and runbooks are current, automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell/CLI and Power Automate where appropriate. • Create training materials and deliver enablement sessions for administrators, makers, and end users. We’re looking for someone with experience in systems administration and management who can: • Optimise outcomes by architecting scalable solutions across Dynamics 365 (Sales, Service, Marketing) and the Power Platform. • Convert business requirements into documented, trackable Dataverse configurations and auditable system enhancements. • Solve complex technical challenges using Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline enterprise operations. • Lead stakeholder engagement and manage high-priority deliverables with agility in fast-paced, multi-system environments.
