At Power & Controls, we make modern flight possible—for millions of commercial passengers and military operations—every second. Our systems are on board nearly every aircraft in the sky today, delivering critical functions like emergency power generation, cabin pressure control, and quieter, more efficient engines.
We’re driven by a commitment to safety, innovation, and performance—and we hire the best people to help us deliver on that promise. Our engineers are thinkers, doers, and collaborators who bring deep technical skill and integrity to everything they do. Join us onsite in Marston Green and be part of a team that’s powering the future of aerospace. If you’re ready to help shape the next era of aviation, join us as we take flight.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Senior Systems Test Engineer, you’ll play a key role in the setup, development, and support of production test rigs used to validate fuel control systems—such as pumps, metering units, and actuators—for engines from top manufacturers like Rolls-Royce, Pratt & Whitney, and GE. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that spans design, diagnostics, data analysis, and collaboration across multiple teams. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up, commissioning, and supporting test rigs for hydro-mechanical aerospace components
  • Modifying and validating test equipment to meet production and engineering requirements
  • Developing and maintaining test software using National Instruments LabVIEW
  • Diagnosing test equipment failures, both software and hardware-related
  • Supporting the Asset Care team in ensuring equipment remains calibrated, compliant, and ready for use
  • Conducting detailed data analysis and preparing technical reports to document findings, approvals, and justifications
  • Collaborating across Engineering, Operations, Asset Care, and Project teams
