The new platform Lasia has been launched and the first customers are in. Now we are looking for a senior system developer who wants to be part of the next phase. To further develop the platform, drive the migration from the WinLas system and increase the team's overall delivery capability. This is a technically ambitious assignment for you who want to make a real difference.

About the role

As a senior system developer at Lasia, you work in a team with high domain knowledge and high demands on accuracy. Our platform handles labor law calculations that affect real employment. It is not a context where errors are acceptable, which places demands on how we test, design and reason about code.

With us, you work in a relatively new code base built on .NET and React, deployed in Kubernetes. TDD and BDD are ways of working we live by, not just talk about. We have come a long way, but there is more to do, not least around continuous delivery and domain modeling. We hope that you can both contribute with experience and help drive us forward.

In practice, this means that you:

• actively contributes to the further development of the Lasia platform in .NET and React
• participates in the migration work from WinLas to Lasia – a concrete and technically demanding assignment
• write tests that actually ensure correctness – TDD and BDD are your natural working method
• is involved early in the requirements process and contributes to clear, testable specifications
• thinks about architecture and domain modeling – and contributes to ensuring that the boundaries in the system are clear
• drives continuous delivery from “the conditions are in place” to actually delivered

Who we are looking for

We believe you are a developer who thinks big and doesn't just see the code in front of you. The system, the domain and the consequences are important parts. You stop and ask "why" before you start coding. You take ownership, deliver what you commit to and are happy to share what you know.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• at least 5 years of documented experience as a system developer in a professional environment
• deep knowledge of the .NET ecosystem – you are confident and move freely in the stack
• practical experience of TDD and BDD as a real-life working method
• understanding and experience of DDD in practice, not just in theory
• experience with modern infrastructure: Docker, CI/CD
• ability to communicate clearly – with both developers and non-technical colleagues
• fluent Swedish in speech and writing
