Main Responsibilities: Independently lead the end-to-end recruitment process including intake meeting, composing JD, job posting, candidate searching & selection, interview arrangement, offer management and onboarding follow-up for all-level positions in China Lead recruitment activities and setup cross-area talent supply strategy & mechanism for Bay region (Guangdong, Hainan and Hong Kong) Track and ensure the quality of recruitment to meet the target KPIs including but not limited to: Time to Hire Diversity Early Leaver Sourcing Channel Process compliance & data integrity Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with business and HR stakeholders to collectively drive recruitment results and address business needs Take a key role to initiate and support the implementation of company’s EVP strategy and Employer Branding roadmap in China Act as key member to build and maintain good relationships with target schools and support campus events Support digital transformation for entire TA organization Manage related vendors and resources Support other ad-hoc tasks and projects upon request Requirements: Bachelor or above degree Minimum 6 years working experience in Talent Acquisition related work, MNC background is highly preferred Proven track records and experience in leading and deploying recruitment projects Knowledge and experience in using digital tools and implementing in recruitment process is highly preferred Native speaker of Mandarin, fluent English is highly preferred Good interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit High degree of integrity and self-motivated Good business acumen and strong sense of accountability Familiar with ATS and labor laws Able to accept flexible working location or business travel request upon project needs At KONE, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
