We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Technician, you will play a critical role in analyzing complex data sets, managing projects through the software development life cycle (SDLC), and providing insights that support business objectives.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in data analysis, project management, and technical support roles.
• Strong understanding of SDLC principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying databases effectively.
• Familiarity with linked data concepts and analytics best practices.
• Experience with Agile project management frameworks is preferred.
• Knowledge of various data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is essential.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Utilize data analysis skills to interpret and analyze complex data sets using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker.
• Manage projects using Agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes for data integration using tools like Talend and Oracle.
• Design and implement database solutions with Microsoft SQL Server, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
• Create detailed documentation of workflows, processes, and system designs using Visio.
• Write scripts in Python, VBA, or Bash (Unix shell) to automate tasks and enhance productivity.
• Support the team in database design initiatives while adhering to best practices in analytics.
