Position: Senior TADSS Operator – Air Defense Artillery (ADA)

Position Summary: ADA TADSS Operators are instrumental to the delivery of high-impact Air Defense Artillery training, directly supporting Army students and instructors through hands-on operation and sustainment of complex simulation and training devices. This position is critical to the uninterrupted, secure, and effective execution of institutional and functional training for U.S. and international military personnel. The operator role ensures optimal functioning, security configuration, system troubleshooting, and compliance with all Army and DoD information security protocols.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• U.S. citizenship
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active SECRET clearance
• Graduate of ADA MOS-qualified course OR minimum 2 years Air & Missile Defense experience OR minimum 1 year ADA TADSS operations experience
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
• Familiarity with ADA weapon systems and simulators, including Patriot, THAAD, and SHORAD platforms
• Experience working with both Microsoft and Linux-based operating systems
• Ability to document required certifications, clearance, and qualifications
• Must have a current, valid CompTIA Security+ certification

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk, listen, and write. The employee frequently is required to use foot/ankle motions, hands or fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is required to stand, walk, sit; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

These services are required to support unique efforts which may require:

• Operate, configure, and sustain ADA TADSS hardware/software for all assigned training events
• Perform network/software configuration after change management activities
• Troubleshoot system faults; escalate unresolved issues in accordance with schedule/requirements
• Support instructor-led training, launch simulations, and provide student summary/feedback
• Maintain compliance with Army and DoD IT security, safety, and conduct standards
• Maintain Security+ credential and complete continuing education as required
