YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Based in our Brisbane office, the hub of our growth in Queensland, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive our expansion plans. This role offers you the chance to develop trusted relationships with key leaders across multiple locations in Australia, focusing on recruitment for key infrastructure projects in the Rail, Defence, and Transport markets. You will partner with our State Manager and Market Leads on various recruitment initiatives. Take the reins in identifying and engaging top talent, whether they’re actively seeking or waiting for the perfect opportunity. You’ll use creativity, strategy and heart to connect candidates with a career path that fits them and drives our business success
Managing approximately 30-40 roles at any given time, you will drive outcomes and motivate stakeholders to meet campaign and project hire targets. Additionally, you will collaborate with our Senior People Advisor in Brisbane to anticipate and address key people needs and be an integral part of our wider TA and People Advisory team, planning for future needs through talent pooling and pipelining.
