Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities Work with management team to improve and implement results-driven recruiting and staffing strategies for domestic and international hiring. Design, review and execute strategies for hiring required talents in a timely manner. Develop and maintain candidate pipeline through creative sourcing and recruiting methods, including internet resources, advertising campaigns, career fairs, networking and other proactive sourcing approaches. Continuously benchmark the company with the best practices in the industry in terms of sourcing. Acquire and track market information on availability of talents. Make recommendations on compensation packages, extend job offer and prepare offer letter. Manage employee referral and relocation programs. Prepare various staffing reports for management on regular basis. Education & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Social Sciences, Business Administration or other related disciplines. Minimum of 7 years of working experience in Human Resources, with the last 3 years (at least) in Staffing role for a large manufacturing company. Prior experience in building a recruiting infrastructure would be an advantage. Skills Solid understanding of the full life cycle of Staffing Process and demonstrated success in recruiting and hiring IDLs including management positions. Good knowledge of local labor legislations and local labor practices. Excellent written and oral communication skills and able to interact with diverse personalities.
