Job Description THIS ROLE Partners with the hiring managers and the people team to drive and execute hiring for open vacancies – owns and ramp up projects WHAT YOU WILL DO Responsibilities (how we will measure success Ensures all KPIs are achieved at target (minimum commitment: Productivity, Consistent Excellence and delivering high candidate experience levels and more). Proactively and independently drives one’s area of responsibility. Leads, guides and impacts overachieving team initiatives and projects. Responsibility for all dimensions of customer satisfaction of own vacancies nps and actively work on improvement. Partner with other TA partners and CERs Key competencies for position and level Has an expert understanding of assigned BU, country, region or function in their scope and talent market. Understands and shapes the role and requirements and develops the right talent attraction strategy to ensure high quality of hire with reasonable time to fill and costs (incl, job ad channel strategy). Sources directly, identifies and wins over hard-to-find and scarce passive candidates across multiple channels. Actively grow and converts from talent pools Continuously improves talent assessment approaches, using IQ-EQs interview toolkit with assigned stakeholders ensuring structured interview approach and assessment of both internal and external talent Understand IQ-EQs reward strategy and benefits and is able to win over candidates with our purpose and values Expert understanding of candidates’ needs, requirements, situations, and aspirations and, based on this, negotiates offers and closes a very high-offer acceptance rate. Analyses and presents data from internal and external sources, takes ownership of action plans and leads conversations with assigned stakeholders. Qualifications ABOUT YOU This role requires someone who is open to a (12-months contract) You hold a Bachelor/Master degree; preferred fields of study include: Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, Marketing, or related field Excellent communication skills: fluent in English (German and/or French is an advantage) You have 3- 5 years’ experience as a Recruiter Experience in conducting (competency-based) interviews In-depth knowledge of talent sourcing through LinkedIn You understand our business.
