In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: * Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver full‑cycle recruitment for roles across Malaysia. * Provide insights on Malaysia’s talent landscape, including market trends, competitive intelligence, and talent availability. * Develop and execute attraction and sourcing strategies that elevate employer branding and enhance candidate outreach. * Build, nurture, and maintain strong pipelines of both passive and active candidates for critical talent segments. * Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the company’s values and strengthens our brand. * Collaborate with the APAC Sourcing Lead and Senior TABPs on regional sourcing efforts and workforce planning. * Support and occasionally lead TA projects aimed at improving recruitment effectiveness and operational excellence. * Utilize recruitment analytics to identify trends and improve talent acquisition strategy and outcomes. Who You Are: You identify the right talent to meet the group’s needs. For This Role, You Will Need: * 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, gained in an agency, RPO, or in‑house setting. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. * Experience or exposure to sourcing talent across APAC markets, ideally including Malaysia, China, and ASEAN. * Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, channels, job platforms, and modern search techniques. * Ability to manage recruitment projects and hiring campaigns with clear timelines and deliverables. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and share insights to guide recruitment decisions. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and customer‑focused mindset. * Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: * Experience partnering directly with hiring managers or senior stakeholders. * Demonstrated success in building talent pipelines for niche or hard‑to‑fill roles. * Familiarity with talent sourcing tools specific to APAC markets * Passion for process improvement and contributing to TA transformation initiatives.
