Your New Role The Talent Acquisition team provides expert recruitment advice and services to the whole of Fund for all recruitment related matters, including identification, attraction, engagement and selection practices. Highly customer-focused, the team delivers consultative, progressive, innovative, fair and ethical recruitment solutions. The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for the hands-on delivery of high-quality recruitment advice and end-to-end recruitment services that meet and exceed business requirements and candidate experience expectations. This involves establishing excellent working relationships with the Fund’s management group, other areas of C&C, and a range of external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment, including screening, interviewing and assessing candidate capability and cultural fit Provide high-touch, professional candidate experience through the recruitment lifecycle Partner with hiring leaders to define role requirements, success profiles, and interview strategies Act as a trusted advisor on market trends, salary benchmarks and talent scarcity Generate and track metrics to enable the performance monitoring of recruitment solutions as well as enabling data-driven decision making.
