The Role We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant with extensive experience recruiting senior level technical roles. You’ll manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple clients within Breakmark’s portfolio. You’ll work closely with founders, hiring managers, and our leadership team to deliver a top-tier candidate experience and help clients build high-performing teams fast. What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles across different clients. Partner with hiring managers to define roles, processes, and ideal candidate profiles. Source, screen, and engage top global talent using creative and data-driven strategies. Build and manage talent pipelines using modern ATS tools. Collaborate with other Breakmark consultants to share insights and best practices. What We’re Looking For 6+ years of experience recruiting senior level technical and non-technical roles (in-house or agency). Proven success recruiting for startups or high-growth tech companies. Deep understanding of the tech landscape (engineering, data, product). Strong sourcing and communication skills, with global reach. Fluent in English (mandatory); Portuguese and Spanish are a plus. Able to handle different clients in different geographies, time zones and with different people needs. Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
