Description

Previous experience managing full-cycle recruitment in corporate, consulting, or agency environments. Demonstrable experience hiring for Executive and Senior Leadership level roles Background in advising on performance management, employee relations, and professional development. Familiarity with workforce planning, employer branding, and analysing talent market data. Experience coaching, mentoring, or overseeing junior team members. Exposure to international or multi-regional recruitment (preferred). Experience in the engineering, architecture, or professional services sectors (preferred). Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS). Knowledge of employment laws and HR policies. Experience with digital recruitment tools, social media sourcing, and recruitment analytics. Project management experience related to talent acquisition initiatives.

Responsibilities

The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant will manage full-cycle recruitment for Executive and Senior Leadership roles. They will also advise on performance management and employee relations.
