Your opportunity
The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant will have shared responsibility for the provision of a full range of Talent Acquisition (TA) services across the Mirvac Group. As the functional expert, you will be required to deliver effective end to end recruitment and provide quality advice and support to hiring managers, candidates and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

End to end recruitment across Mirvac Group as required
Leading continuous improvement activities to meet stakeholder needs and ensure Mirvac maintains effective recruitment and selection processes
Developing and effectively managing relationships with key stakeholders and external TA suppliers to ensure Mirvac derives expected value from the business relationships
End to End recruitment support for Mirvac’s Intern and Cadetship Program
Integrating Diversity and Inclusion strategies into TA activities to support the achievement of company targets
Provide interpretation, coaching and counsel to managers in the business in relation to TA planning and decision making
Ongoing regular reporting against agreed targets
Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to meet business and demographic requirements
Using available tools and resources to ensure ‘cultural fit’ for new hires
Actively supporting HR projects where necessary
Other TA team activities such as Careers email and monitoring Careers mailbox
Your point of difference
5+ years experience within recruitment ideally in an internal environment
Superior stakeholder management and business partnering skills
Highly experienced in sourcing candidate using LinkedIn recruiter and Seek
Pride yourself on exceptional candidate care and internal stakeholders alike
A passion for all things recruitment
Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and sustain long-term professional relationships, influence others on an individual and group level
Demonstrated capability in handling conflict with a solutions-focused approach to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
Sound knowledge of current Australian employment legislation as they relate to recruitment and ‘Employer of choice’ talent acquisition practices
