• Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering, construction, corporate, and project-based roles. Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract highly skilled professionals in the Oil & Gas and EPC sectors. Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and niche positions. Conduct talent mapping, market intelligence, and competitor benchmarking. Drive employer branding initiatives to position Astra as an employer of choice. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Monitor recruitment KPIs and continuously improve hiring processes.
