Description

7-10 years’ experience in a similar in-house recruitment role.
Experience recruiting all levels of job roles (Associate to Senior Management level).
Experience in a fast paced, high volume hiring environment.
Proficient in MS Office. Exposure to HR software solutions would be an advantage.
Working experience of Applicant Tracking Systems.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Excellent communication and fluency in English & Arabic.
