We are supporting a leading global technology and consumer platform as it continues to strengthen its presence across Europe.

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to support senior and strategic hiring in the German market.

Location: Germany

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and business-critical positions

• Build comprehensive talent maps across technology, e-commerce, retail, logistics and related sectors

• Conduct market research and competitive talent intelligence to support hiring decisions

• Develop targeted sourcing strategies through direct search, networking and market mapping

• Build long-term relationships with high-potential candidates

• Work closely with hiring managers and senior leadership on workforce and hiring priorities

• Provide market insights, compensation intelligence and competitor analysis

• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Ideal background:

• Proven experience in executive search, headhunting or in-house Talent Acquisition

• Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping capability

• Experience managing senior-level recruitment

• Strong business partnering and senior stakeholder management skills

• Analytical, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving international environment

• Exposure to technology, e-commerce, retail or adjacent industries is preferred
