Position overview We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to lead recruitment efforts for our Manufacturing Frontline teams. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely and quality hires to support factory operations and workforce planning. The ideal candidate will be passionate about recruitment, familiar with manufacturing environments, and capable of managing high-volume hiring with agility and professionalism. What you ‘ll be doing: Lead end-to-end recruitment for Manufacturing Frontline roles including Operators, Technicians, and other factory-based positions. Partner closely with Factory HR and Production teams to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities. Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, recruitment platforms, social media, and community outreach. Conduct screening, interviews, and selection processes, ensuring alignment with company standards and compliance. Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment records and reports. Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs or hiring events relevant to manufacturing talent. Collaborate with external recruitment vendors when necessary, ensuring cost-effective and quality delivery. Provide regular updates and insights to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager on hiring progress and challenges. Who we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to manufacturing or high-volume hiring. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across factory and office settings. Familiarity with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel between Tai Po Factory and TST offices weekly.
