We strive to provide rapid, performance-based, industry-focused and technology-enabled services, which reflect a shared knowledge of global and local industries and our experience of the Indian business environment. * Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination * Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans, role requirements, and hiring priorities * Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and direct sourcing * Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit * Coordinate and schedule interviews; ensure timely feedback and candidate closure * Drive offer negotiation, salary benchmarking, and pre‑joining engagement * Maintain accurate data in ATS and recruitment trackers * Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment process * Support employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, and recruitment drives as needed * Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes and policies * Meet defined TAT, quality, and hiring targets Required Skills & Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field * 2–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment * Strong exposure to lateral hiring (IT/Non‑IT depending on role) * Hands‑on experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills * Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment * Strong organizational and follow‑up skills Equal employment opportunity information KPMG India has a policy of providing equal opportunity for all applicants and employees regardless of their color, caste, religion, age, sex/gender, national origin, citizenship, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability or other legally protected status.
