We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team! This position will be located in our Kraków, Poland, office while working with all our other offices. As the Senior Manager, Global TA Lead, you own and drive the global recruiting efforts to find, recruit, hire and retain talented employees and key contractors. You will also build internal relationships to improve hiring processes and better support the organization. We work as a team and focus on collaboration yet require a high degree of autonomy as this is an individual contributor role. So, while you are not expected to simply go it alone, you are expected to show initiative, take responsibility and run with tasks to completion.
The day to day will change often as hiring priorities shift, but will consist of sourcing, interviewing, internal advising, and being the living representative of our unique culture to prospective employees.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7 years of in-depth knowledge and hands on experience with full cycle technical recruiting and employer branding techniques, preferably with a focus on hiring Engineers.
  • 3+ years recruiting globally
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts to build an effective sourcing strategy.
  • Comfortable reaching out to potential candidates and building relationships for future hiring.
  • Experience meeting high-volume hiring goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing and recruiting using social media, job sites/boards, internet, channel partner recruitment and through networking.
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English language is a must. French and Polish a plus.
  • Excellent communication, people skills, and collaborator.
  • Experience interacting with people in multiple locations.
  • Strong organization and time management abilities to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems – we use Jobvite.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective global recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the organization. This includes job posting optimization, physical and digital employment marketing, job board procurement, and talent planning.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, develop search strategies, and address any challenges.
  • Provide hands-on, full-life cycle recruiting while maintaining trust and credibility with internal stakeholders.


    • Source potential candidates through social media, networking, and direct sourcing to build a robust candidate pipeline.

    • Screen and assessing qualified candidates.
    • Clearly communicate with candidates to guarantee an exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process.
    • Negotiate complex compensation packages and close all level candidates.
    • Perform background checks for all accepted offers and reference checks as needed in partnership with the hiring manager.
    • Manage the employee referral program and encourage employees to be brand ambassadors.
    • Effectively build and manage successful partnerships with colleges, vendors, and recruiting agencies while at the same time helping minimize recruiting costs.
    • Maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) data accurately and in real time.
    • Avoids legal challenges by understanding current hiring regulations legislations and employment law, enforcing regulations with managers, recommending new procedures, and conducting training. This is both locally and internationally.
    • Collect and analyze data on our recruiting funnel and make recommendations about how to improve our processes and provide employee hiring forecast.
