Responsibilities
  • You act as a sparring partner to Hiring Managers and Leaders, helping them design high-performing teams by identifying and attracting builders with the mindset, drive, and capability to thrive
  • You own complex, end-to-end hiring processes, particularly for senior and tech roles, from crafting targeted job ads and sourcing strategies to shaping interviews, supporting sharp decision-making, and closing top talent
  • You work in a highly data-driven way, using real-time insights to continuously improve hiring efficiency, uncover funnel blockers, track quality of hire, and guide strategic decisions across every stage of the process
  • You leverage AI and automation to reduce manual overhead, streamline workflows, and amplify the effectiveness of both Talent Acquisition and hiring teams
  • You provide leaders with clear talent analytics and market intelligence to inform scoping, compensation, and org design, while proactively aligning hiring strategies to long-term workforce planning
  • You challenge the status quo by piloting new tools, launching bold employer branding initiatives, and collaborating closely with People Partners to create seamless, insight-driven hiring experiences across the company
