Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruitment for roles across engineering and creative disciplines.
  • Source and engage top talent through platforms like GitHub, LinkedIn, Behance, Instagram, and beyond.
  • Drive important recruitment projects - from employer branding and interview training to AI & automation in hiring.
  • Advise and coach hiring managers to build strong and scalable hiring practices.
  • Champion a data-driven mindset - using metrics to continuously improve and inform decisions.
