Description

This is a position within Haldren and not with one of its clients. This role helps scale search execution by improving coordination, documentation quality, and communication cadence across consultants, candidates, and clients. Key Responsibilities • Set delivery priorities, workload allocation, and quality checkpoints across hiring pipelines • Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approach • Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping • Maintain rigorous documentation and candidate communication to protect experience and compliance • Support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed • Track progress and risks, escalating blockers early and proposing clear mitigation steps Requirements • Experience managing or leading talent acquisition delivery, workflow prioritisation, or quality control • Ability to define hiring process standards and improve operational metrics • Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence without authority • Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment • High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations • Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement Benefits • Salary range: 600,000 - 830,000 • Opportunities for professional growth • Flat management structure with direct access to decision-makers. • Open communication environment. • Full medical coverage. • to learn more about Haldren, please see: Haldren Premier Recruitment Agency
