The Senior TA Partner collaborates with business leaders and hiring managers to recruit top talent across multiple functions, including Sales, IT, Management, and niche roles. This role manages high-volume, full-cycle recruitment while also proactively sourcing for future needs. The position ensures effective TA processes, exceptional candidate experiences, and supports continuous improvement of workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels; Financial Services a plus.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards.
  • Strong project management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
  • Handle diverse and complex roles independently, including Sales and Technology.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Proactively source and headhunt talent, maintaining pipelines for current/future openings.
  • Manage requisitions, job postings, and candidate data in ATS (UltiPro/UKG a plus).
  • Ensure compliance with processes, policies, and reporting standards.
  • Partner with HR and Shared Services for seamless support.
  • Negotiate offers and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Participate in process improvement and TA projects.
