Description
  • 4+ years of experience independently managing full-cycle recruitment for a range of roles, including direct sourcing and offer coordination.
  • Ability to turn a hiring manager’s request into clear selection criteria and a practical search plan, and to challenge requirements that unnecessarily narrow the candidate pool.
  • Strong organization and follow-through, with experience managing competing priorities and keeping candidates and hiring managers informed.
  • Confidence assessing candidates through structured interviews and giving managers clear, evidence-based recommendations.
  • Comfort using applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and recruiting data to manage your work and identify problems.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, with clear communication across cultures and time zones. Bulgarian or Spanish is an asset.
  • Practical curiosity about AI and willingness to test ways to improve recruiting while protecting candidate information and applying sound judgment.
  • Experience recruiting internationally, hiring for technology roles, or working in a growing company is an asset.
