Seize the opportunity to build and implement best practices, making an immediate impact on our talent acquisition strategy In this role, you will focus on hiring for a variety of legal and compliance positions, including but not limited to Legal Operations, Contract Management, Corporate Governance, Compliance, Employment, Regulatory/Consumer Disputes, Product and Commercial Legal Counsel roles. Join us and be a key player in bringing exceptional individuals on board to drive Agoda's continued success! In this Role, you'll get to: Partner with hiring managers to understand their business objectives and hiring needs. Develop the recruitment strategy and ways to build a talent pipeline accordingly. Own the full-cycle recruitment process ensuring a seamless, uniform, and positive candidate experience. Build your network with high-potential talents to ensure that the business has access to the best talent in the market, working comfortably on a global level. Engage in creative talent, mapping efforts for the purposes of building our candidate pipeline as well as to provide market intelligence to the business. Work on recruitment projects and training to improve the standard for hiring within the organization. What you'll Need to Succeed: 6-8+ years of recruiting experience in end-to-end recruitment Demonstrated experience recruiting for legal roles, ideally within an in-house legal team for companies ideally in technology companies and platforms or for clients in the legal sectors Ability to influence and partner with senior leadership across the company using a data driven approach. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and target candidate profiles, while providing guidance on market expectations, job leveling, and competitive compensation packages to secure top talent Experience closing candidates at all levels from early career to senior level candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages. Strong computer skills and ability to work with different tools such as LinkedIn, Job Boards, Greenhouse, MS Office Suite, Power point and Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to influence and “sell” opportunities, build trust with senior candidates, and guide them through jurisdictional changes and international relocation decisions Ability to be proactive, identify areas of improvement, and drive process improvement initiatives.
