We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across various functions, with a particular focus on roles within Web3. You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies that align with EoT Lab’s growth objectives.
About you

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates, particularly in Web3.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, provide guidance on market trends, interview training and support them in developing effective job descriptions.
  • Enhance our employer brand by promoting our mission, values, and culture to potential candidates through various channels.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and support hiring teams in making better hiring decisions.
  • Improve our hiring and recruitment function by implementing processes to facilitate more efficient hiring
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a diverse talent pipeline and an inclusive hiring process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years experience in full cycle recruitment/ talent acquisition, with a proven track record of recruiting for technical and non-technical roles
  • Experience with managing processes and improving processes within applicant tracking systems. We are currently using Ashby, so would be a plus if you are familiar with it :)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities and hiring managers effectively.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment analytics, data and metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Experience hiring candidates in a global remote set up

It would be a plus if you

  • Have experience recruiting in Web3
  • Have experience implementing and improving processes in Ashby
