Position: Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
Position Type: Fulltime, permanent
Location: Toronto, ON (Remote)
Reports to: Director, Talent Acquisition
Division: Corporate Human Resources

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support key leaders and stakeholders across our various brands to continue to grow our dynamic teams across Canada. A crucial member of the HR team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that attract and retain talented team members that enhance our teams and help deliver on our key growth initiatives and business strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement and own full-cycle talent acquisition process by leveraging the company’s Applicant Tracking System(“ATS”); Partner with the HR Information Systems team to recommend improvements and enhancements to the ATS system
  • Hire high-performing individuals across our teams with a focus on multi-regional Sales and Product teams, filling roles from SDR’s and AE’s to Product Managers and Marketing Leads; Experience attracting and retaining mid – senior leadership roles in these areas would be considered an asset
  • Own intake meetings, collaborate with leaders on requirements, acquisition and selection strategies targeting active and passive talent;
  • Leverage data through feedback surveys, research and best practices to build and continuously refine recruiting strategies and practices;
  • Continuously improve talent strategies and sourcing opportunities by identifying and implementing tools, programs and creative solutions for finding talent;
  • Cultivate strong relationships with potential candidates to ensure an outstanding candidate experience and build and maintain a consistent pipeline;
  • Own the end to end hiring process for all candidates from sourcing through to offer completion (including negotiation of employment and compensation terms) and onboarding;
  • Partner with the HR and Talent team on building best practices in various initiatives including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Interview and Selection training, Onboarding process development;
  • Stay current on the organization structure, company policies and relevant legislation regarding employment practices.
  • Collaborate and lead special projects designed to improve efficiency and support business growth.
  • Make recommendations on improvements to employer brand and branding, including talent attraction streams and how to build presence on each (website, social media, campus partnerships, etc.)
