Recruitment Strategy & Execution Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume and specialized roles across multiple business units. Develop and implement tailored sourcing strategies to meet specific hiring needs. Build and maintain talent pipelines to support future hiring demands and reduce time-to-fill. Track, interpret, and present recruitment metrics to identify trends and address blockers. Ensure ATS compliance and data accuracy to support reporting and decision-making. Serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and compliance standards. Contribute to or lead high-impact projects that enhance recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience. Handle corporate and college partnerships to support strategic hiring initiatives. Drive internal mobility programs to retain and grow internal talent. Manage and optimize referral programs to enhance candidate pipelines. Oversee contractor hiring processes in alignment with business needs. Operates with sound judgment in situations with incomplete or conflicting information. Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and sourcing strategies. Strong negotiation skills, especially in complex compensation discussions. Proficiency in ATS tools and recruitment analytics. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Sourcing expertise in Naukri, LinkedIn. Expert in X-Ray & Boolean search 10-12 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on IT Recruitment. Preferred experience in a product-based company.
