Description

Fluency in German is a plus. 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced, matrixed environment Proven ability to lead strategic hiring initiatives and influence senior stakeholders Strong command of applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics- ideally Workday Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills Experience mentoring junior team members and driving process improvements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms (Workday, ServiceNow) Fluency in Hungarian and English with fluency in German a plus Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred Lead strategic sourcing initiatives using advanced market intelligence and talent analytics Build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand workforce needs and advise on hiring strategies Own and optimize recruiting dashboards, metrics, and reporting to inform decision-making Ensure compliance with global and local recruitment regulations and internal policies Collaborate with HR Admin on onboarding/offboarding, document management, and Workday/ServiceNow workflows Oversee complex case management and employment documentation processes with precision and confidentiality
