We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead hiring across APAC. You’ll drive the full talent acquisition lifecycle – from strategic sourcing to offer management – ensuring we hire exceptional talent aligned with our mission and values. What You'll Do: Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for key Product, Engineering, and Technology roles. Conduct market mapping to anticipate talent trends and hiring needs. Work mainly across Australia and Singapore markets. Engage both active and passive talent, creating strong connections to Resmed opportunities. Act as a trusted talent advisor, providing market insights, hiring strategies, and data-driven recommendations. Deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring seamless and transparent communication. Build strong stakeholder relationships, offering expert recruitment advice and driving consultative hiring. Champion diverse, equitable, and inclusive hiring practices. Strengthen Resmed’s employer brand through strategic talent attraction campaigns and industry partnerships. What You'll Bring: Passion, high energy, a drive for results and a commitment to exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences. 5+ years of recruiting experience, with expertise in sourcing for Product, Engineering, and/or Technology roles. Deep understanding of technical roles, evolving talent landscapes, and the ability to craft and articulate compelling talent value propositions to attract and engage high-calibre tech professionals. Proven ability to proactively source and attract passive candidates through creative strategies. Skilled in behavioral interviewing, talent assessments, and data-driven hiring strategies.
