Description

INTERIM SENIOR TALENT ACQUISITION PARTNER - 6 MONTH FIXED TERM

At our core, RSL LifeCare provides compassionate care and services to veterans and seniors living in our communities or receiving support at home. For over 100 years, we have proudly supported veterans and their families and our vision of creating proud communities living their best lives remains central to all we do.
Our people are core to the care and services we provide and our Talent Acquisition team plays a pivotal role in sourcing and securing incredible team members that deliver care to the communities we serve.
We are now seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team to play a key role in driving high-impact recruitment and talent initiatives across the organisation. You’ll not only be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of top talent but also act as a trusted advisor to our team of Talent Acquisition Partners and business leaders.
Working closely with our respective business units and rostering team, you will build a detailed understanding of current and future resourcing needs, to facilitate effective recruitment and talent pipelining. Your role will ensure efficient, compliant and candidate-centred recruitment processes that support business objectives and offer an exceptional experience for candidates and our hiring managers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and shape recruitment plans aligned to RSL LifeCare’s business objectives, focusing on talent acquisition for frontline operational roles
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted partnerships with senior leaders, People & Culture, and rostering teams to anticipate workforce needs and deliver effective talent solutions
  • Proactively source and attract high-calibre candidates using diverse channels and talent pipelining techniques
  • Manage recruitment workflows and systems, leveraging our Workday recruitment system, to enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Mentor and coach TA colleagues, sharing best practices to foster a positive, high-performing team culture
  • Champion and embed diversity, inclusion and belonging principles within your recruitment execution, promoting an inclusive workplace aligned with organisational values
  • Lead or contribute to key projects and initiatives that enhance key TA metrics, talent engagement and workforce capability
