Job Summary We are seeking a highly independent and resourceful Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own and drive the company’s talent acquisition strategy and end-to-end recruitment function. This role serves as the primary talent partner to business leaders, responsible for shaping workforce planning, hiring strategy, and go-to-market talent approaches to support business growth. The role combines strategic talent advisory with hands-on execution across full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and own short-term and long-term talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth and workforce gaps. Conduct hiring demand forecasting, workforce planning discussions, and scenario planning with leadership. Design go-to-market and multi-channel talent acquisition strategies based on market conditions and talent availability. Build long-term talent pipeline architecture for critical and future hiring needs. Act as a strategic talent advisor by providing hiring insights, salary benchmarks, talent market mapping, and competitive intelligence. Own full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, onboarding, and administration. Drive employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and talent attraction initiatives. Continuously improve recruitment processes, efficiency, and hiring effectiveness. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field. 3–4 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience. Proven ability to develop recruitment strategies and execute end-to-end hiring independently. Experience partnering with leadership on workforce planning and hiring strategy. Strong understanding of talent markets, sourcing strategy, and hiring trends. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and prioritisation skills. Familiar with JobStreet, LinkedIn, and sourcing channels. Strong ownership mindset with ability to balance strategy and execution.
