We’re looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support the growth of Secomea as they continue to grow and enter new markets.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated experience of full cycle recruiting, preferably in a tech startup or scaleup
  • Proven ability to manage multiple job opportunities at the same time in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) – we use Teamtailor
Responsibilities
  • Leading the end-to-end recruitment process (from sourcing and screening through to offer stage) for all business areas, including Tech, Product Management, Sales and Marketing
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to hiring managers, guiding them on all hiring matter
  • Lead first stage screening calls with candidates, assessing for technical skills and cultural addition
  • Ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all candidates, providing timely feedback and clear communication throughout the hiring process.
