Responsibilities Position Purpose: We are seeking a commercially minded Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore. This role will manage a diverse portfolio of hiring across both technical (Engineering, Infrastructure, Data, Product) and non-technical (Operations, Finance, Risk, Corporate Functions) roles. You will partner closely with global stakeholders to deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced, enterprise environment. This is a hands-on role requiring strong sourcing capability, stakeholder management, and data-driven recruitment delivery. Primary duties will include: Manage full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, post offer collaborations). Lead hiring across both technical and non-technical roles, ensuring strong market mapping and talent pipelining. Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategy, and timelines. Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, referrals, and market intelligence tools. Build and maintain strong external talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles. Collaborate with external vendor agencies where required and manage performance against agreed SLAs. Provide regular TA metrics, reporting, and hiring insights to stakeholders. Ensure strong candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding. Partner with our Total Rewards team acquiring salary benchmarking and lead offer negotiation discussions. Support campus hiring initiatives, walk-in drives, and employer branding activities as required. When time permits. Maintain accurate data within ATS systems (Oracle / iCIMS preferred). Qualifications To land this role you will need: 5–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within an enterprise or fast-paced environment. Proven experience recruiting across both technology and corporate/non-technical roles. Strong sourcing capability and experience hiring niche technical skillsets. Experience partnering with global stakeholders across multiple geographies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. High attention to detail with strong organizational capability. Experience using ATS systems (Oracle, iCIMS or similar). Experience in BFSI / Financial Services / FinTech is advantageous. What makes you stand out: Experience hiring for enterprise engineering roles (e.g., .NET, React, Cloud, DevOps, Data). Experience supporting global hiring across EMEA / North America. Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze hiring metrics and identify trends. Experience building proactive talent communities and pipelining strategies. Exposure to diversity hiring initiatives or employer branding campaigns. Education / Certification Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR, Business, or related field preferred). Working environment: Hybrid – (4 days in our Bangalore office per week)
