We’re scaling our Engineering and Product teams across CEE and wider Europe, and we’re looking for a Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Partner who can build high-quality, senior technical teams within ambitious time-to-fill benchmarks. This isn’t a coordination role, this is a high-ownership, sourcing-heavy, full-cycle recruiting role where your impact directly shapes our product velocity and technical capability. You will be the trusted Talent Partner to Engineering and Product leaders - advising on market realities, hiring strategy, and closing competitive Tech talent.
