You're not here to fill seats. You're here to build the foundation of Seekho's most critical asset: its people. As our first dedicated Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll design and own the complete talent acquisition strategy for a Series B edutainment platform trusted by millions of learners. You'll partner directly with founders gaining rare visibility into scaling decisions while architecting a recruiting function that enables Seekho's next phase of growth. This is a legacy role—the person in this seat will define how Seekho hires, how we attract talent, and ultimately, the cultural DNA of our organization as we scale from 100 to 500+ employees. Responsibilities : Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop hiring roadmap, manage 15–20 concurrent pipelines across all functions, build hiring manager partnerships, and own recruitment KPIs (quality of hire, time-to-fill, diversity) End-to-End Hiring Excellence: Own the full recruitment lifecycle for product and engineering roles—driving opportunity planning, deep technical and cultural assessment, structured interviews, competitive sourcing, offer closure, and seamless integration through scalable, well-trained hiring frameworks. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: Build and amplify Seekho’s employer brand by clearly articulating our mission, culture, and growth story, while delivering a personalized, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience across every hiring touchpoint. Team Building & Process Excellence: Design and scale robust recruiting systems by defining clear workflows, standardized JDs, structured assessments, and disciplined ATS usage; mentor and grow the recruiting team while proactively building strong talent pipelines and continuously evolving sourcing strategies to stay ahead of the market. 6–9 years of talent acquisition experience in tech/startup environments (agency, in-house recruiting, or VC-backed startup recruiting strongly preferred) Proven track record closing technical roles—product managers, full-stack engineers, data engineers, senior specialists Direct experience building recruiting functions or scaling teams from 50 → 200+ headcount (Series B/C environment is ideal) Deep knowledge of modern recruiting tools and platforms (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Slack, Workday familiarity is a plus) Mindset & Capabilities: Builder mentality: You see recruiting as a function you're constructing, not just executing. You think in systems, processes, and long-term enablement Technical acumen: You understand tech roles deeply enough to evaluate candidates authentically and coach non-recruiting hiring managers Data-driven approach: You track metrics obsessively (sourcing channel ROI, interview-to-offer conversion, time-to-fill, quality benchmarks) and optimize continuously Relationship master: You build genuine partnerships with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional teams.
