For the further development of our German team, we are looking for someone who not only wants to fill positions, but enjoys building structures, improving processes and working closely with the business as a strategic partner.

Your role

You will work directly with our Country Manager for Germany and actively contribute to padoa's growth as an employer in Germany. You will be responsible for the entire recruiting process for padoa Germany and simultaneously develop the foundations for a scalable people structure.

Talent Acquisition (approx. 80%)

• Responsibility for the entire recruiting process from needs analysis to hiring
• Consulting and sparring partner for hiring managers and leadership in recruiting strategies and decisions
• Developing a sustainable sourcing strategy for different target groups, as well as building a strong talent pipeline for future growth.
• Active sourcing and direct approach via all relevant channels
• Development and optimization of our recruiting process, including interview structures, scorecards, candidate experience, and reporting.
• Further development of our recruiting systems and tools (ATS, automations, processes)

People Operations (approx. 20%)

• Contact person for employees and managers on local people-related issues
• Further development of our onboarding process from contract signing to successful integration
• Support with HR processes such as benefits, payroll coordination and administrative topics
• Development and documentation of people processes for the German market
• Collaboration with our international People team in France
• Contributing market knowledge on HR trends, salaries, and best practices

Your profile

• Several years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and initial experience in people operations, ideally in a rapidly growing start-up or scale-up environment.
• Demonstrable experience in building or improving processes, structures or systems
• Experience in independently supervising hiring managers and executives
• Strong understanding of modern recruiting methods, especially active sourcing and candidate experience.
• Hands-on mentality: You implement things yourself, instead of just developing strategies.
• Structured and data-driven way of working
• Very good German and fluent English, French is a plus

Especially helpful

• Experience with SaaS, tech, or digital business models
• Experience in building a new country organization or a new team
• Knowledge of the German labor market and basic knowledge of labor law
• Interest in automation, AI and efficient HR processes
