What this job involves: As a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, you shape talent strategies, leading complex searches and innovative sourcing initiatives. Your skills impact multiple business lines, and you act as a trusted consultant to senior stakeholders and mentor to peers. You’ll flexibly support high-priority hiring campaigns wherever the business requires. Core Competencies: Advanced Recruiting: Able to lead searches for specialized or hard-to-fill positions using innovative sourcing approaches. Market Awareness: Uses market, competitor, and talent insights to inform hiring strategy and decisions. Stakeholder Management: Builds strong relationships with hiring leaders, communicates clearly, and advises on recruitment challenges. Collaboration & Teamwork: Works effectively within the team, shares knowledge, and participates in cross-functional projects. Process Improvement: Identifies opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and candidate experience. Adaptability: Handles changing business demands, including urgent or volume hiring, with flexibility. Continuous Learning: Seeks feedback and opportunities to expand skills, including mentoring or supporting junior colleagues. What your day-to-day will look like: Lead critical and senior hiring initiatives, guiding strategy and execution Develop talent market insights using analytics and sourcing expertise Advise hiring leaders on workforce trends, talent positioning, and process enhancements Mentor, coach, and build recruiting capability within the team Design and implement advanced sourcing projects, reaching passive and niche candidates Adapt to urgent business demands, jumping into high-volume or cross-functional hiring as needed Participate in transformation, process optimization, or employer branding projects Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher 6–8 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience Track record in senior/executive-level hiring, strategic consulting, or sourcing Strong analytical, stakeholder, and project management abilities Experience leading team initiatives or mentoring peers Advanced proficiency with recruitment technologies and analytics Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in executive search or complex hiring Formal sourcing or analytics credentials Involvement in employer branding, transformation, or diversity projects Experience building processes or talent capability cross-business Willingness to step into high-impact stretch assignments What we can do for you: At JLL, we make sure that you become the best version of yourself by helping you realize your full potential in an entrepreneurial and inclusive work environment.
