  • Must have at least 3 years’ experience hiring for IT roles or niche technology skill sets.
  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in-house or with agencies.

OVERALL ROLE OBJECTIVES

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible to co-ordinate recruitment strategy across the entire organisation and personally manage end-to-end recruitment for departments/roles assigned.
This role acts as a strategic partner to hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and effective hiring process while delivering high-quality talent in a timely manner.
The position requires strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence hiring decisions with data and market insights.
