About the Role : We are seeking a highly driven, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full 180-degree recruitment cycle and supporting the Talent Acquisition team in delivering on high-volume recruitment demands. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent English communication skills, a strong personality, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire 180-degree recruitment cycle, including: Coordinating offers and onboarding process handovers Work closely with the TA Manager to fulfill business-critical hiring needs and meet deadlines. Deliver high-quality TA reporting on hiring progress, pipeline status, sourcing effectiveness, and key KPIs. Handle high-volume recruitment without compromising on candidate quality or recruitment experience. Act as a true hiring partner to the business, maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders. Support the TA transformation journey by contributing to process improvements, automation initiatives, and best practices. Ensure all hiring activities are aligned with banking compliance standards and internal policies. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically within the banking or financial sector. Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes independently. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines. High attention to detail, professionalism, and accountability. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), Excel, and reporting tools. Strong personality with the confidence to push back when needed and influence hiring decisions effectively.
