Description

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our collaborative Human Resources team. This position is hybrid and can be based in New York, Boston, Washington DC, Atlanta, Durham, Pittsburgh or Chicago.
Our Human Resources team is dynamic, client-focused, and outcome-driven. We thrive on challenge, adapt quickly to business needs, and work closely with colleagues at all levels to help them reach their full potential.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 2 years of agency recruitment experience and 3 years of corporate recruitment experience
  • Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry preferred
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and familiarity with ATS platforms
  • Interest or experience in using AI tools for recruitment
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop creative sourcing strategies and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

YOUR NEXT ROLE

In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of experienced hire roles across the U.S. region. You’ll be a strategic partner to hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and inclusive recruitment process and an outstanding candidate experience.

YOUR KEY DUTIES

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for experienced hire roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, delivering offers, and conducting background checks
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Champion diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and attending industry events
  • Develop trusted relationships with hiring managers and act as a strategic advisor throughout the hiring process
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors
