Job Summary We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,000,000 subscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Responsibility ●Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities and candidate experience, primarily in Indonesia. ●Advertise open positions and source candidates using various platforms. ●Drive recruitment innovation to attract top talent. ●Coordinate with country managers or hiring managers to determine hiring needs. ●Collaborate with country and department heads on talent development evaluations. Requirements ●A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline. ●At least 5 years of work experience. ●Preferably experienced in recruitment and talent acquisition within the General & Administration Department/Non-tech roles. ●Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases. ●Hands-on approach with a vibrant and highly positive attitude. ●Strong team player with excellent attention to detail. ●Demonstrates emotional intelligence and assertiveness.
