SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Extensive recruitment experience, with a focus on strategic sourcing, relationship management, or executive search
• Proven experience building and managing passive talent pipelines across multiple business areas or hard-to-fill roles
• Strong stakeholder management skills—you can influence, advise, and communicate with senior leaders confidently
• Expertise in talent market mapping, competitive research, and sourcing techniques across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Boolean search, CRM, etc.)
• CRM/ATS fluency—you understand how to build, track, and maintain high-quality pipelines in recruiting systems
• Demonstrated experience in employer branding and external engagement (events, campaigns, content, etc.)
• A data-driven mindset—you’re comfortable using analytics to inform decisions and optimize talent strategies
